30 day writing challenge - Day 16: Spending time with family


1. Spending time with family is a lucrative item in one's investment portfolio which is often ignored.

2. Spending time with family is one of the top five important things people should do but is often taken for granted.

3. Spending time with family is boosting the chance of reaching the high level of being warmly connected which leads to happiness and satisfaction.

4. Spending time with family is a great meaningful way to relax after work.

5. Spending time with family, teaching kids or taking care of parents and grandparents is sowing healthy seeds for ones' future when they grow old.

6. Teaching kids is to transfer all knowledge ones have acquired in life to the next generations.

7. Taking care of old family members is to express loving and caring, to let them know they will never be alone, to repay the kindness of upbringing  at a young age.

8. Spending time with family is enjoying the good, learning from the bad and experience life as a connected team.

9. Spending time with family is to understand what should do and say more, what should avoid in a loving way.

10. Spending time with family is a full affectionate circle of receiving and giving.

30 day writing challenge - Day 15: good sides of laziness




1. Laziness is not necessarily a bad thing, you can use it for your goodness.
2. People who hated washing clothes devised washing machines.
3. People who were lazy clean their house devised vacuum robots.
4. Try to put toxic things like a phone, a video game as far as you can, and you are too lazy to lift your butt to find them.
5. Sit at the working table as soon as the working time starts, if you forget to do something non work related, just ignore it and do it later.
6. Start your day with the simplest thing of the project, you need to focus for only ten or fifteen minutes, and the rest of the day will be concentratedly productive, because you are lazy to get out of the zone.
7. When you don't feel like doing anything, sit down at the working table, close your eyes and do meditation for a few minutes, you will find your mind so  clean and clear.
8. Gets yourself into flow state needs concentrate, if you are too busy doing a lot of things at a time, it's really hard to get into the zone.
9. Of course hard working is great but nowadays people should work smart, not work hard.
10. Relax, do nothing and spend more time with family and beloved is the best thing anybody should do.

30 day writing challenge - Day 14: Idea


 


1. Every single second a person can have over 100 wandering thoughts, but not all of them is categorized as "idea".

2. Idea should be a new way or method to upgrade existing thing or invent totally new thing based on people's needs to solve a particular problem.

3.  An idea should be short, clean and clear.

4. When idea is still in ambiguous phase, try to write it down like a sketch and make it gradually appear clearly.

5. An idea might work or might not work, that's okay, keep trying, keep sketching.

6. When you just want to express what you think, how you understand the existing problem without giving a solution, it's called showing opinion, this process is the preface of a might deep promising idea.

7. Idea can be creative and creativity needs ideas.

8. Idea might be gotten from nowhere, from context environment or from talking with friends or partners.

9. Talking is important process to devise a new idea.

10. Thinking a lot about it might not help you, meditation with eyes closed has more chance to figure out.

 1. Meditation is to see everything bright and clear with closed eyes.

2. Meditation is to clean one's heart and soul.

3. Meditation is to understand oneself and everything happens around.

4. Meditation is to purify and charge one's energy.

5. Meditation is to boost one's mood with extreme calm manner.

6. Meditation is to sharpen one's wisdom.

7. Meditation is to quiet one's noisy mind.

8. Meditation is to find a solution, figure out an answer when thinking stops.

9. Meditation is to realize that calm and quiet state is eternally long-term

10. Meditation is to upgrade one's body and mind by sitting still and do nothing.

1. Being disciplined is a key for success.

2. Being disciplined is repetition like a machine without questioning.

3. Being disciplined is to train yourself do everything written in schedule regardless of any emotions, time, weather or any unexpected situations.

4. Being disciplined is hard and need a lot of practice because it's a process of training a human to become a state-of-the-art AI robot.

5. Being disciplined minimizes the risk of getting emotions involved in the middle of any process.

6. Being disciplined is when the mind controls the heart and the heart is submissive to the mind.

7. Being disciplined maximizes the power of a logical brain.

8. Being disciplined might ruin the fun, but fun does not necessarily mean happy, being disciplined ensures long term happiness.

9. When you are tired of being disciplined, do not allowing yourself to stop, just resting.

10. When discipline implants into all your activities in every day life, then being disciplined become a habit and you automatically do it without even noticing.

30 day writing challenge - Day 11: helping

 



1. Helping is giving, you must have something to give likewise you must own some skills to help.

2. Helping is to reduce people's works and increase your own.

3. Helping should come from willingness.

4. Helping is not necessarily easy, but it makes people happy to do.

5. When you are forced to help then it's not real help.

6. If you expect something to return after helping, it's not helping, it's a trade.

7. If after receiving your help, people don't say thank you or are even ungrateful and there's still no anger fire in your mind, then you are a true giving helper.

8. If you feel it's hard to accept people who are ungrateful when getting your help, then you might highly evaluate your own help while it's just a small tiny thing to them.

9. Just do the vice versa, start helping people with small tiny not worth mentioning things which you might even forget right after helping, while they still keep it in mind for the rest of their lives for no reasons.

10. Real helps will make you happy and manifest a lot of auspicious things happen when you even don't expect it. Then don't hesitate to help when you still can.

30 day writing challenge - Day 10: fair or unfair?


 


1. This world is absolutely fair no matter it was in the past, it is at the present or it will be in the future.

2. Ones need to know what people did in their previous lives to understand why they encounter the current situation. It's karma.

3. People can't change what they did in the past but they can change what they are doing to improve their future.

4. That's okay to suffer now to minimize all the heavy karma ones created in the past.

5. Life changes when your attitude and actions change.

6. Change your life to the better or the worse, totally depends on what you do now.

7. Karma works everywhere no matter people believe it or not and it works like the law of attractions.

8. Nobody wants bad things happen in their life but they keep doing bad, because they don't understand karma.

9. You will attract what has similar frequency of energy vibrance with them.

10. If you want wonderful things happen in your life, create yourself a wonderful frequency by doing wonderful things first.

30 day writing challenge - Day 9: Creating a new habit - How to force yourself doing something useful everyday?


 

1. Be disciplined, write down what you need to do, how necessary to have it as a habit, how to implement it as a project and follow it.

2. Set it higher priority, at least for 21 days.

3. Try to attach it with an already existed habit: do the one you want to create a habit first and then do the existed habit.

4. Divide it into small bite size piece to make it less scary and more doable.

5. Take note what you achieve when doing it, what you find difficult.

6. Set timer for that, for example: do it at least 10 minutes a day.

7. Set alarm or reminder for that.

8. For the first 21 first days, no compromise for missing it.

9. Set your plan carefully to avoid any conflict between the new habit and the on going one.

10. Take some rest or give yourself a reward when you're done.

1. Refusing delivers a message that you set yourself and your own to-do-list higher priority.

2. Refusing is to eliminate all the unwanted, time-consuming variables to focus on your goal in life.

3. Refusing is to concentrate on what really important to you to get straight to what you really want. 

4. If refusing happens too often, you can shoo away many friends, colleagues, acquaintances or even your family members, so handle it with care.

5. Compromising means refusing yourself, do it wisely.

6. Being refused means at that moment, you and them have different frequency of energy vibrance.

7. Being refused too often means you are obviously not in their priority list or it's not meant to be.

8. Being refused is a good filtering way to focus on who really want you in their life.

9. Being refused is another way of protection.

10. Being refused is a reminder of the universe that maybe you should consider to shift the focus on something or someone else.
