1. Forgiving is to release yourself from negative emotions like pain, anger, disappointment.

4. Forgiving can't make up all the loss and pain people gave you, the wound is still there, it takes time to heal.

8. Healing starts when you are sorry to yourself for holding the pain and anger a little too long.
9. Healing is when you forgive yourself for self-torturing with that pain and anger.
10. Healing is when you feel love yourself and are grateful for that.
